Hse Training: Explanation Of Legionella Risk Assessment

  A legionella risk assessment is an assessment of the water systems and assets contained within of a domestic water system. A risk assessment needs to have things like nominated authorities, so who responsible for maintaining the site, whose over all responsible the duty holder etc. and if there are onsite maintenance people that need to be detailed in the nominated authorities. It needs to have schematic diagram, so a plan of the water flow around the building hot and cold water systems. Cold water storage tanks and clora fires, they all need to have full surveys. There need to be surveys of things like dead legs around the building. There need to be things like a survey of thermostatic mixing valves. There should be photographic evidence of the things that are being detailed and there should be a summary of the Legionella risk assessment & Training .
